Since we have experience as a livescan provider, we can help fix your problem, whether it is with your device, or your connection to DOJ. We have checks in place to see where your transmission is lost, and what can be done to fix the problem. Since we also set-up, and train facility staff, we are familiar with all the different types of equipment that you may use to connect through our network. If we don't know your system, then we wouldn't allow it to connect to the LiveScan California Network until we are familiar with it's support and technical needs.
LiveScan California supports all livescan device manufacturers installed on the LiveScan California network. We are a Certified Cross Match Service Provider, a Cogent Systems Service Provider, and a CDI Value-added Service Provider.
With this partnership, LiveScan California can provide technical support for your CDI, Cross Match or Cogent equipment (24 hours a day), besides the added-value training and On-site Installation we have provided in the past. In order to have 24/7 technical support supplied by LiveScan California your service must be through LiveScan California.
